It is very common for our skincare routine to change during the winter because our skin tends to become very dull and dry. Since I work for a skincare company I am usually on top of my skincare game, I am constantly asked what I recommend others to use during the winter. Based on the little knowledge that I do know, I have compiled a list of my absolute winter skincare essentials and I am so excited to share it with all of you!

Origins Retexturizing Mask With Rose Clay // Mario Badescu Hydro Moisturizer with Vitamin C // Kopari Coconut Melt // Origins Matte Moisturizer With Willowherb // Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser
Origins Retexturizing Mask With Rose Clay: Out of the three Origins masks I repeatedly use, this one has the most noticeable effects. I tend to do my mask at night before I go to bed as that’s when I do most of my routines, to make sure the skin has enough time to absorb it without applying make-up on top. My skin does feel more healthy and the little marks and scars that I have from left over acne damage are actually starting to fade which is a bonus!
Mario Badescu Hydro Moisturizer with Vitamin C: Okay… So all my of my friends know I am absolutely obsessed with Sephora (#VIBStatus). Well one thing that Ulta has over my holy grail makeup spot is that they carry Mario Badescu skincare products! I’ve always loved their Rosewater Spray but when someone recommended for me to try the Hydro Moisturizer, I became a super fan! It truly restores radiance to tired, dull skin.
Kopari Coconut Melt: This one is for all the coconut lovers like me. Coconut oil works miracles on dry skin, cuticles, adds shine to hair, and is even a natural heat protector. It also works as a bath oil, massage oil, stretch mark preventer, and baby butter. This is the perfect winter skincare product that can also transition into your Spring/Summer skincare.
Origins Matte Moisturizer With Willowherb: So I’m a sucker for anything that promises a matte finish. With someone who has combination skin, I’m always on the hunt for something to mattify my skin and stop the shine. I like to have more than one type of moisturizer in my skincare essentials, one for at night and one to use before I apply my makeup. Not only does this moisturizer hide any shine, it also instantly hydrates my skin, evens my skin tone, and minimizes my pores. I highly recommend this moisturizer to any beauty junkie like myself to add to their skincare routine.
Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser: If you are a fan of charcoal in your skincare routine and you’re not a crazy person who enjoys those painful peel of masks, then look no further because this cleanser is just the thing for you. It cuts thru makeup and oil without making your skin feel tight and dry. The cleanser also warms up when you rub it on your skin, which feels amazing!
Now that you know guys know my main, go-to skincare products during the winter, let me know which products you love to use — or if you have any questions! Leave them in the comments section below!
