Hi everyone and happy Tuesday! Today I wanted to share my top 5 podcasts that I’ve been listening to. So, for a while now I’ve been listening to a variety podcasts. The way I got into them was because somewhere along the road of listening to music 24/7, I got bored. Maybe it has to do with getting older and wanting to consume more than just Drake (still love him), but I found myself craving something elevated. This was around the same time that podcasts started to become more popular, and from celebs to authors, it seemed like everyone had one—or was on one.
After many car rides of listening, I instantly became obsessed. I never go anywhere without a feed full of new episodes, and I feel much more fulfilled—and even smarter—now that podcasts are part of my everyday life. I’m especially in love with the five below!

Bitch Sesh: A Real Housewives Breakdown with Casey Wilson and Danielle Schneider
For the Bravo and Real Housewives junkie, this podcast was made for you! Hosted by Casey Wilson and Danielle Schneider, Bitch Sesh is the wittiest, most honest Housewives podcast out there in my opinion. From their past work on the housewives parody show The Hotwives of Orlando, their interest in all things Bravo should come as no surprise. Casey and Danielle started Bitch Sesh as a way to formalize their housewives watching parties and listening along makes you feel like you’re right there with them.

Lovett or Leave It
When you feel like nation has gone mad and you just want to listen to like minded individuals, then this Crooked Media podcast is for you. Hosted by former White House speech writer under the Obama Administration, Jon Lovett offers gut-busting political commentary and interviews with major pros from both sides of the aisle (Including). While the conversations may leave you laughing uncontrollably at times, the subject matter is no joke, Lovett knows his stuff, and want the listeners to as well.

Lady Gang Podcasts
There are a lot of these “girl talk” kind of podcasts, but this is my favorite. If I’m sick of the news or need a break from information in general, I turn this on. The Lady Gang, hosted by actress and blogger Becca Tobin, TV personality Keltie Knight, and self-made entrepreneur Jac Vanek, makes you feel like you’re at brunch with all of your girlfriends! From talking about vaginas, to dating, to careers, these chicks are as honest as they are entertaining. Filled with engaging content and some great guest (like…), you will never be disappointed with these ladies. (P.S. If you went through a scene/emo phase in high school like I did, then you would love to know that Jac was also a former SCENE QUEEN from the 00’s era.)

Dirty John
If you are the type of person who loves true crime shows with a romantic flair, then you should already be listening to Dirty John. While I was on a work trip, I decided to download a couple of new podcasts that I had never listened to before for my flight. I am so glad that I came across this one because it truly keeps you wanting more. The podcast is about a seemingly perfect husband with a really suss past (not to mention some very concerning issues). It truly had everything, mystery, real-life interviews, and an insane twist. If you haven’t given it a shot, do it simply because you don’t want to be the only one missing out when this podcast comes to life in a new Bravo! series!

2 Dope Queens
If you are in the mood for comedy with honest conversations then listen to 2 Dope Queens. Hosted by Jessica Williams and Phoebe Robinson, their hilarious musings continue to be the gold standard for comedy podcasting. Literally no topic is off-limit, which makes for good comedy but also some wonderfully honest conversations between the two real life friends. Expect to see much. much more of the two QUEENS, recently 2 Dope Queens got tapped by HBO for a comedy special.
So if your your weekend plans involve being horizontal on your couch in a food-induced stupor, then grab your phone and a pair of headphones, and fire up one of these podcasts. Let me know what you all think of these and comment below with some of your favorite podcasts so I can give them a listen. 🙂

These podcasts sound interesting. I’m no longer 20, but still I’d go for Bitch sesh, Lady Gang and 2 Dope Queens. 😃 I love to keep things light. You got me with comedy and honest conversations. Thank you for sharing.
I always catch myself reading blogs over listening to podcasts, so this is a great list to get back into doing both! I love the variety you provided for different types of listeners & not just the same type of podcasts. Thank you!
